Tiny Plants
A downloadable game
Tiny plants is a roguelike/rts where you control tiny plants to defend your kingdom of enemies.
Plants & Abilities:
There are 20 plants each with 3 unique abilities for each of them, want to play as a Turnip? gotcha, want to play as a Sunflower? You got it!, Maybe want to play as a Mint? We have it. Unlock all of the plants to add them to your tiny army of plants!
Perks & Exp:
Gain exp by killing enemies, when leveling up you will be able to choose between some perks at the end of a winning level, perks are more global abilities that affect every plants, enemies and even the same levels, ranging from common, to epic and even legendary ones, there are 15 different perks and 89 levels.
Weapons:
You can customize each plant with a weapon, you start off with 2 but can buy more once you have enough cactai (in game currency), There are 12 weapons right now and the idea of them is not to have a stronger weapon, but to fit your playstyle and even combo weapons with plant abilities, there are melee, ranged, burst, piercing, ricochet and more type of weapons to unlock!
Game modes (Challenges):
Challenges appear along the levels, they have different win/lose conditions or just make the level a bit more fun/challenging
Curses:
Curses are a way to make a level more difficult and get some extra rewards, there are 15 curses that you could encounter that will make a level more challenging and maybe fun?
What's coming in the future?
Bosses: Bosses will appear in levels where they will give a unique challenge to the player.
Medals: These are active abilities that can be obtained when defeating a boss, they can only be equipped once per plant, so you have to choose wisely on which plant get an extra ability, these active abilities can be activated during a level with a cooldown, the idea is to give a quick advantage to the player when things are not going well.
Cosmetics: Hats and coloring the pots are something that will be added to give some more personality to your plants, at the moment I don't have a solid idea on how these can be obtained, probably from achievements.
Achievements: There will be tiny quests such as kill x amount of enemies, use x amount of times this ability and such. The idea is that completing certain achievements will give the player a cosmetic like paint for pots or hats.
More of the same: Obviously more enemies, plants, abilities, perks, weapons, challenges, curses will be added with each update, there are tons of content at the moment for hours and hours, but i hope to expand playtime even more!
